After Rachel left her fiancé Barry standing alone at the altar on their marriage day she runs into an old high school friend Monica along with her friend Chandler, and soon Phoebe, Joey and their brother Ross join the gang. Later Rachel moves in with Monica and is living on her own for the first time in her life. Meanwhile Ross’ wife Carol leaves him for another woman.
