When James Bond foils an attack in Mexico on his own initiative and triggers an explosion he has gone too far. The head of the new Joint Intelligence Service, “C”, considers the double-0 program obsolete and opts for total surveillance. But Bond has one last assignment from his boss “M” and in the process comes across the secret organization Spectre and an old acquaintance.
